The missions of the CAMI understand :

• the inscription or the recording of the acts of applications, declarations and of the certificates of prospection, of mineral rights and/or quarries and mining mortgages;
• the regular update of the registers and maps open to the consultation of the public;
• the localization, on the maps, of the closed areas and protected zone no open to mining exploitation or quarries by indicating their legal and geographical situation;
• the cadastral instruction of the requests or declaration of granting, extension, transformation, renewal or renunciation of the mineral rights and/or quarries as well as requests of relating to it administrative acts, of mutation or leasing, the coordination of the technical and environmental instruction of the aforesaid requests and the notification of the decisions of the mining instructions to the applicants;
• the certification of minimum financial capacity of the applicants of mineral rights and/or quarries of research;
• the notification of the decisions of the competent jurisdictions relating to the mineral rights and/or quarries to the applicants;
• conservation of the mining titles and quarries;
• the inscription or the radiation of the mining perimeters or quarries on the cadastral map;
• authentification of the various acts as well as the exercise of the power of notary on the matter;
• the emission of the decision in the event of classification, downgrading or reclassification of a closed area;
• the perception, the management and, if necessary, the apportionment of application fees and annual superficiary rights to the various Services and Public agencies;
• all other operations related or additional to the activities above and necessary to the realization of its social object.
